4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the content removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification is not infringing, you may send us a Counter-Notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed in error.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (if in the U.S.) or any appropriate legal authority.
  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action within 10 business days.

5. Important Legal Disclaimer

Filing a false DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice may result in legal liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Only submit notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
